Five Questions

1.Will communication be chat-like (i.e Instant Messenger) or post-like (i.e. The Wall on Facebook)

2. Who, if anyone, is monitoring what is being posted?

3. What restrictions will there be on communication and personal profiles to make sure everything posted is safe for a workplace?

4. If the site is open to the public, what is the criteria for non-employees being able to see employee profiles?

Taking into consideration things that aren't allowed to be asked by employers (race, age, sex, etc):
5. What information (if any) would be mandatory, or even optional, to be put on a profile without getting into legal trouble?
