2. How much of the site will lead to social networking? Will the company limit this so not too much time will be 'wasted' on making social connections instead of focusing on the task at at? Or is it important for employees to connect to each other from different parts of the country and the world and the company would allow for networking time and promote it?
3. Have a place where employees can post or blog about certain topics at hand? Say for web designers, they could post interesting sites they have found that are useful or have an interesting perspective on design.
4. How will employees be able to access other parts of the company to find experts in the field? Will employees be willing to offer their services over the network when they work for a different division or different part of the world?
5. Will there be a chat option to be able to talk to someone quickly instead of waiting for a reply on an email or hitting a language barrier? How will that be regulated?
